Frequently Asked Fitness Questions-

1) How do I loose weight?
Answer - Eat an equal balance of lean protein's and low glycemic carbs every three hours to raise the metabolism. Consume enough calories that your weight does not go up or drop. Then add cardio vascular exercise for 30 to 60 min. per day till you get where you
want. Just cutting calories too low will cause muscle loss as well.

2) How do I spot reduce fat from a certain part of my body?
Answer - There is no such thing as training a body part to loose the fat in that area. So don't waist your money or time with fads, gimmicks, or exercises that lead you to believe you can.

3) Is their a product, medication, or procedure that can help me loose weight?
Answer - Not correctly, not without the loss of muscle, and none will teach you new lifestyle. Any product that makes you loose weight easily is because it suppresses your appetite which made you eat less throughout the day causing you to loose weight through calorie deprivation. Starving the weight off is how weight loss occurs without proper exercise. You will be worse off in the long run. Keep in mind just because you lost weight doesn't mean that is was done safely or productively. People that just drop weight off with out doing it correctly are not in better shape just smaller and flabbier and more susceptible to gaining it back faster, greater amounts, and have a harder time loosing it next time around.

4) How do I train my abs to get that six pack?
Answer - First - Fat stores on the muscle so no matter how well conditioned your abs are unless you burn the fat off you will never see them. Second - Some people have six squares, some have four and I have eight. It is genetic on the amount of the square you will develop. Third - There are only two exercise movements that truly isolate the abs. Learn how with our awesome abs class.

5) I am weight training on a regular basis and am wondering why I am not loosing weight?
Answer -Weight training is best for firming and strengthening your muscles not for fat loss. Refer to number one for fat loss.
